Objectives and Goals
- Help youth (particularly those that are traditionally marginalized) to determine their passions.
- Give kids the tools to identify their natural skills/aptitudes.
- Provide long term mentors at different levels in the career journey to inspire, provide realistic expectations, and create a support system on which youth can thrive.
